Moringa Gain Plus will not be held responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information. We currently offer both Cash on Delivery and online payment options.

৪. ডেলিভারি পলিসি 4. Delivery Policy

ঢাকার ভেতরে সাধারণত ২-৩ কর্মদিবস এবং ঢাকার বাইরে ৩-৫ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে পণ্য ডেলিভারি করা হয়। তবে বিশেষ পরিস্থিতিতে বা প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগের কারণে এই সময় কিছুটা বাড়তে পারে। ডেলিভারি চার্জ এলাকাভেদে ভিন্ন হতে পারে যা অর্ডার করার সময় উল্লেখ করা থাকবে। Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days within Dhaka and 3-5 working days outside Dhaka. However, this may vary due to special circumstances or natural disasters. Delivery charges vary by location and will be specified during checkout.

৫. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড 5. Return & Refund

যদি আপনি কোনো ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল পণ্য পান, তবে ডেলিভারি পাওয়ার ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন। পণ্যটি অব্যবহৃত এবং অরিজিনাল প্যাকেজিংয়ে থাকতে হবে। যাচাই-বাছাই শেষে আমরা পণ্য পরিবর্তন বা রিফান্ডের ব্যবস্থা করব। স্বাস্থ্যবিধি রক্ষার্থে খোলা বা ব্যবহৃত পণ্য ফেরত নেওয়া হয় না। If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or refund. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products are non-returnable.
